You can request deletion of your account data by following the verification process below. Some records may be retained where legally required.
Request steps
- Raise a ticket in Help Center and select Data Deletion category.
- Share your registered phone number and verification details.
- Confirm your request intent after support acknowledgement.
Verification and scope
LiveXpi may ask for additional checks to prevent unauthorized deletion requests. Deletion scope usually includes profile-level data and user-generated records, except where legal, tax, anti-fraud, or dispute obligations apply.
Expected timeline
Most valid requests are processed within a reasonable operational timeline after identity verification. You will receive status updates through support channels.
