LiveXpi includes reporting, support, and policy controls, but users must apply practical judgment in all live interactions.
Before starting a session
- Review profile details and request context carefully.
- Confirm mode, expectations, and task boundaries in-app.
- Use app chat for critical clarifications before proceeding.
During live interaction
- Keep communication respectful and policy compliant.
- Avoid sharing passwords, OTPs, or sensitive personal credentials.
- Use in-app reporting if behavior becomes suspicious or unsafe.
Emergency note
If you feel unsafe, stop the interaction immediately, move to a safer public location, and contact local emergency services. LiveXpi support can assist with ticket escalation after immediate risk is handled.
Reporting process
- Raise a report via app menu or active session context.
- Add evidence details to help faster review.
- Track ticket status through notifications and Help Center.
